I'm allergic to cats and I get hives from them after a while so does that mean that I'm super allergic to lions, tigers and panthers?

Just wondering because I saw those panther curtains.

No. They may not even be attributes to your allergy.  Cat dander is composed of different materials than wild animal dander for starters.

The odds are more likely that you have other allergies besides cats, but not necessarily lions and tigers.

  • Thanks, I didn't realize that they have different dander.
I'm also allergic to stress and rabbits too.
I guess if I see a tiger my allergies would be the least of my problems because they're beautiful, but I think a tiger would totally kill me and bat me around like a house cat does to a mouse.
    Thanks.

    Nope, not at all.

Then again other felines, (as well as dogs, horses, etc.) may carry the same lice, dusts or whatever it is you are actually allergic to.

  • If I were you, I'd work on the premise that you are because
an allergy might be the least of your worries if you met one.
