Anyone can hire and fire whose responsibility it is to do so. Piece of cake. Easy peasy. It's the in-between that isn't easy. It's tricky and challenging and sometimes drives you bonkers. There is the Learning Curve which some folks negotiate lightning fast while others never quite get there. You have the prima donnas, the divas, the drama queens. Men as well as women.
