Most recent: I was taking a plate out of the cupboard while completely zoned out and managed to catch myself across the bridge of the nose, resulting in a very nasty looking black eye.
All time worst: I was taking a brand new big chinese cleaver out of its box and it slipped and sliced my ring finger right to the bone, requiring 9 stitches.
