Well, we all know that Trump talks smack. The question is whether the laughers thought what he said was right or whether they thought he was making a joke and figured they had better laugh. It was only minutes later that many police chiefs made press statements that they were going to follow the law and not Trump.
They should all be ashamed of themselves. The cops who laughed and clapped. No excuse. Trump is clueless, hopeless, heartless, soulless. He doesn't give a sh** about anything or anyone but himself. A dung pile of wacky DNA. Thank you for your reply Spunky! :)
