Doofus Donny is desperate in his attempts to refocus everyone away from the massive Russian/Trump collusion scandals and the money-laundering investigations and the obstruction of justice charges and the Mueller inquiries and the inevitable calls for impeachment. He is so desperate he could start a war. I think there is no low so low he would not go. Anything and everything he can do he will do to save himself.
