Every job I've ever came with a Job Description. Requirements. Are there any job descriptions for any job in the White House?

Besides being alive what are the requirements? Do they get tested? Is there a standard probationary period or can it be "fluid"? Seems like the place is filled with snakes and landmines. Takes a really brave person to work there...or a very desperate one!  :)
