This is the same Donald who during his campaign said he had a plan to defeat ISIS which he would share with the Generals. He would listen to their plans as well but in any care ISIS under his leadership would be easy peasy to defeat. It was a secret plan of course that he wouldn't share with anyone because why warn them? So what happened to his fool-proof plan? Or was that just more baloney?
