Prego is the usual Italian way to say You're Welcome. It's xie xie an in Mandarin, m'goisaaai in Cantonese, il n'ya pas de qioi in French, bitte schoen in German, etc.
Seriously, I always though that it referred to someone who was near to the ideal of physical perfection, not someone that was "stocky", "big-boned" or "rubinesque".
