That's a difficult call to make. We seem to move from one extreme to the other as regards the Constitution. We either ignore it as we shape court decisions and governmental policy, OR, we beat people over the head with it in an effort to promote some idea of strict adherence to it. If I were a betting man, I'd keep my money in my pocket.
