    I did that once when I lived in FLorida and they BEGGED me to come in anyway.  I quit that day.

    I couldnt stop for 20 years. Im an alcoholic. Havent had a drink in 21 years this August 21st. Thats why i sound so drunk all the time.   hahahhahahha  ;D

    I'll be late because your wife just left.

    I'm gonna be late and it's your problem not mine.

    I'll get there when I get there because you
    need me more than I need you.

    You don't pay me enough to get out of bed right now.

    I'm gonna be late, but I don't do anything all day anyway.

    I'm coming late, but I'll make up for it by leaving early.

    Going to work is stressful so I'm taking stress leave.

    I'm coming whenever I want from now on  because you're shorthanded and you won't fire me.

    I'm gonna be late because I hate you!

  • I was late sometimes, but I never called anyone about it and I was the boss at one time and had to deal with workers not wanting to show up so I have some experience with all of this.
