Unfortunately Trump does the opposite of elevate.. he makes American people seem stupid, this damages their reputation markedly. The thinking is.. that if they elected such a clearly ignorant man who cannot even speak his own language clearly and well - then they must be very short of sane, reasoning candidates and/or they must themselves be pretty stupid.
Trump therefore drags down America in almost every way possible.. and sadly, it's highly unlikely, (and always was) that Trump will do ANYTHING to make America great again.
Well "great" is a code word for WHITE sweetie and so I think every effort is being made toward effecting that. What a monstrous excuse for human being. Why in the he** did he have to be an American? SIGH. Thank you for your reply Addb! :) The stain, stench, taint of Trump will be with we the people always. We will never live it down. :(:(:(
