    Do you know what they were like when there wasn't a camera shining on them?   They were HUMAN and not walking around the house dressed in finery waiting to receive guests.

    Cary Grant was a druggie in the 60's experimenting with LSD and Audrey had a lot of health issues and love tragedies.  So, I doubt if they didn't have moments that you did not SEE on the SILVER SCREEN that may make them a little more human and approachable.

    Even cigarettes are classy when you have a photographer and makeup artist at your behest.
