Is anything or anyone trapped within your anatomy?

A 29 year old with wanderlust

I am trapped in the house because I have to learn anatomy.  We are having a 10 week term final on the lower limb Monday.   I really have to bomb this final in order to not pass, so I am not too worried.  But I still need to study.   A lot. Not only the muscles but where they attach, both ends. What they do; i.e., flexion, extension, rotation etc. What bones they attach to and all the bony landmarks. It is a lot to remember to put it mildly. 

It's all anatomy and no grammar, right? Good, because Prof. Randolph is displeased:

Even so, the rest of it is so beautifully written that you still earned a grade of 98.5%.
