    I wouldn't even begin to say that I knew anything at all about all of the sheriffs in the country.  I think a much worse and more prevalent scenario is one in which a sheriff is fed wealth.  That is morally wrong..  It seems this judge's heart was in the right place but he didn''t follow the rules.    Sometimes I don't either.
