    Hello Rosie:

Yes, I do..  It's not the first time he's said it, and I posted about it the last time I heard it.. There is a right wing faction who CLAIMS to love the Constitution, but say quite openly, that it's not a suicide pact..  To me, that means, IRRESPECTIVE of what comes out of their mouths, they'll VIOLATE the Constitution at the drop of a hat.

Here's a good example...  The other day, the cops BOMBED a man who hadn't been tried, who hadn't been found guilty of anything, and who wasn't sentenced to anything...  Yet, BECAUSE he was a bad guy, they VIOLATED his due process rights, and were PROUD of it..  They said the cops were toooo afraid to arrest him..  But, I don't know what the HELL I'm paying 'em for if NOT to arrest bad guys, and I don't care HOW scared they are..

    Rant over..

So let me get this straight. When THEY like what the Constitution says THEY will uphold it to the death and when THEY don't they parse words, create wiggle room and do whatever the dam* they please? Is that how it goes? AARRGGHH! :( Thank you for your reply excon and Happy Monday. How/why anyone swallows such crap is beyond me.  :(
