Two guys robbed a bar across the street from a police station. Cops were holding a party there at the time. Dumb & Dumber?

The bar was Monaghan's in Baltimore, Maryland. The two guys are Joseph McInnis III, 21 and  Tyree McCoy 22. Charged with armed robbery they're safely in jail awaiting trial. Lots of witnesses there. Wha  defense attorney would take their case?.
