When careful not to live on a flood plain, earth quake faultline, tornado zone/alley or hurricane plagued coastal region do you find

yourself blissfully on an island hoping the volcano in the middle of it they say is dormant stays that way? Wherever you go there will be hazards. Paradise is not to be found. It is to be made.

No.  Paradise is a lot closer if you are not some imbecile that lives next to a volcano that is likely to erupt or some tornado alley way.

You have to at least exhibit SOME sense.    Living in California when all the houses around you are hit by forest fires or mudslides?  That is stupid.  Sorry.  Plain idiotic.

So, yes the neighbors house could blow up and their toilet fall on your head and kill you, but don't live next-door to one that keeps exploding or you are asking for it.
