Do you think it is possible for anyone to be truly apolotical? How?

Seems to me everyone would have an interest in things that will affect them for good or ungood. The political parties very definitely offer different things. Being totally aloof and apart from that seems kinda unnatural to me. I mean why wouldn't you support whatever party PROMISES to give you more of what you want?

  • I used to be a political animal. Nothing would stir the juices like a political contest, campaign or election. I had the point of view that the folks in the 19th Century had about politics. It was fun, it was sport, it was the life blood of Americans, rural and urban. However, I've grown older and a little wiser. Candidates, parties, politicians, etc., just don't do it for me any more. The smoke and mirrors and snake oil of politicians can't really address the serious decline this nation is in. So, yes, it's very possible to be apolitical.
