    Warts stick out abowe the skin, beauty marks usually do not.

    In extreeme cases warts can have hair growing on them. Beayty marks never have that.

    Beauty mark is a euphemism for dark facial moles that do often protrude from the skin. Check out Cindy Crawford's face as it has a rather prominent one.
