    My sister and her husband are getting their motor home ready as we speak. She lives on the gulf side of the panhandle which is one of the possible paths.

    That's excellent Ele. So where do they plan to go? How far inland? The CAT 5 Hurricane Irma may drop in intensity but still it seems fearsome and I sure wouldn't want to be anywhere near landfall. I've been through earthquakes aplenty in California.
