In front of the Republican leaders who were at the White House he announced he had made a deal with Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi to prevent a government shutdown , raise the debt ceiling and provide Harvey Flood victims aid. He pointedly mentioned them by name and pointedly didn't mention Republicans although Mitch McConnell did have to sigh it. So this is a new twist on what he has done in the past, things to come or only a blip in time? Comments?
