Patsy. A person who is easily swindled/deceived/coerced/a sucker. Is every Pol a patsy or just the gullible ones?
A patsy can also be a scapegoat. Second definition of one in the dictionary. Is it the fault of a scapegoat that he/she IS a scapegoat? How?
