    The United Nations, not the US,  placed sanctions on North Korea.

    I have seen no proof that Russia or China cheat on the sanctions placed on North Korea.  (Both of these countries have veto power in the UN Security Council, and I am sure if they did not like the sanctions, they would have vetoed the resolution!)

    Funny. I read the opposite. That they are doing endruns about the sanctions and providing material to North Korea. Can I prove that what I read is accurate? No. But I wouldn't put it past them either. Thank you for your reply Maurice and Happy Thursday! :)
