I lived in South Florida.  I never had sea creatures enter my door and I lived a block from the Atlantic Ocean.  That has little to do with this answer, but I love thinking about that time.  Ahhhh.... I MISS my water so much.

So, how does one dispose of crabs that are not nestled in the nether regions.   Crabs that would be thought of like we do ants or roaches or some house bug?  Hmmm....

    Let's look that one up.

Oh boy, this is going to take awhile.  Maybe Lyrical will see this and find it for us.  Because I WANT her to, I won't see her.

I am finding all kinds of weird stuff that has nothing to do with this.  I have instructions on how to build a crab house; I have this thing below; and I have a company with the name crab in it.  WHA????

Ew, are you saying i should step on them.?  Fattening them up and eating them would take too long, herding them back into the sea would be too much work. sigh I guess ill wait and sea if they might go back on their own. The problem is is they keep crawling into the kitchen through the cracks. I just hope we dont see any stray alligators, although, i could use a new pair of shoes. ;+.

    1) a broom to get rid of the ones already in there
    2) nail a board wrapped in metal foil across the bottom of the door, (Crabs are not good climbers, especially not on smooth metal.)
    3) another pass through the house with the broom to get rid of any remaining crabs.

And yes, until the invasion stops you will have to lift your feet a bit high to go in or out.

This actually is stuff that I pulled up when I asked the straightforward google request of how to handle miniature crabs entering the home in a storm crisis?

    That's what I got.

They may be land crabs washed up into the marsh, thus migrating to your home. Personally I would boil them and make a soup. The boiled meat flavor will come out of the crab and flavour the water. Worth a try.

Sound delish, unfortunately, they are only the size of a nickel. Maybe my bird would like them. ;D

He said throw them in a pot and use the crab water to flavor other stuff.  Like CRAB from the store.  But you won't need as much and you have this GREAT broth.

How does on clean such small crabs with all their hidden corners where dirt can lodge and then fall off during boiling to become part of the brooth ?

They are only the size of nickels, but they might be good on crackers. I never thought of that. Boiled then served on crackers. Thanks for igniting my creative juices Baba. lol

Can't find anything. But you can make a trap. Get a coffee can dig down to os ground level. Put and piece of fish in it and they will fall in but cannot get out.
Can bring them back to water or use for bait.
    Some do eat them....
