Very fond of Stevie Winwood.  I only tell you this because you might find it of some interest.  I saw him at the Aragon Ballroom back in the 60's in Chicago.   It was on the North side of Chicago a block or two away from where I lived.  I was very cool when I was 23.  Oh yeah, baby.   Wait,  that makes this at least 1973 already then. 

I am a very name-dropping old hippie.  Stevie Winwood was in Spencer Davis Group first before Traffic.  I had a couch that Spencer Davis slept on.  Yes.  I am just right in the thick of everything even more than Perez Hilton.  



I was in with the in crowd.  I saw him twice.   He was in a band called Traffic (I'm SURE you know) but I saw him in that band first.  Then he was in the next one.  What was it?  I'll find it.  It had Chris Wood and Jim Capaldi I think but a different name.  (I'm babbling)  
Blind Faith.  So I saw him in all three incarnations so I saw  him 3 whole times.  I'm cool.
