    Apparently they're comfy retracing their steps endlessly. How many fruitless Benghazi investigations were there? 8? I read recently that more may be in store. How many repeal and replace votes did they take priorly on the AHCA? 60? They keep taking the same path leading to the same nowhere place and don't seem embarrassed at all by doing so.     Exactly.  They keep doing that because they just can't figure out how to move forward and try something else.
