    It is from an article by 'Harlan Ullman, Arnaud de Borchgrave' Who I have never heard of before:

    it is collected from two clearly separate places in the article. There have been a good amount of 'Chinese whispers' at work.

    In the third paragraph:
    "President Donald Trump is recreating a newer and implicit version of Bush's "axis of Evil" "

    In the Fouth paragraph before the end of the article:
    "Making recommendations to this White House is an act of futility on steroids."

    All I can conclude with certainty Is that the Author does not admire the Trump administration.
    Neither do I :-)
