  • I can't recall it myself, since it happened many long years ago, but there's a mountain in the Bay Area called Mt. Umunhum. The name is Ohlone and in English we pronounce it "um'n'um", but the news anchor reading the word on the teleprompter pronounced it "you-humpin" (not even kidding).     Yes.  I've seen them get tickled and just lose it.  I've seen  them fall down.  I've seen a weather guy with a crooked toupee.  Bless their hearts..........;)

    I didn't see this one earlier.  :) Poor New Mexico and Texas.  It looks like they really got pissed on earlier that day ;)  I wonder if that weatherman had a clue what we were seeing out here?  When you're standing that close to it and reading the prompter, you might not notice.  For his benefit, I hope he didn't.  I would have been cracking up !! :D This post was edited by Merlin at September 29, 2017 5:01 PM MDT

    During a newscast they showed a clip of an actual liposuction procedure. There was a retching noise heard in the background and when the camera returned to the news desk, the anchorman had his face down on the desk.
