If my worker choose to lecture my customers when they came in the store about whatever (even something I agreed with them on) I would explain that work was not the place and if it continued they would be fired.
In fact, I had a worker that had a vulgar emblem on his vehicle. I told him it had to be covered up when it was parked in my parking lot. Coincidentally, it was also related to football.
