Allegedly hundreds of jobs that need to be filled in government are still empty. Why doesn't Trump fill those jobs with his family/pals?

The State Department is woefully understaffed. No reason for that when the prez has so many thousands of long-time friends he can trust to be loyal to him. He creates jobs for them when there are perfectly good jobs just waiting to be filled. How much sense does that make?

    Ya think so? He brags about all the friends he has everywhere and we haven't seen nieces and nephews and grandkids. He has sister who is/was a judge?  Elect her to the Supreme Court. I wonder if he will? I'm gonna ask. Thank you for your reply Ele! :)
