The TWIT tweets about denying citizens their Constitutional rights while folks in Puerto Rico are STILL without water/power/supplies. WHY?

That area is a disaster.

It's going to take time.  We cannot fault anyone for that.  Who knows what they are up against?

I don't think anyone is deliberately screwing this up.  It is a major disaster and there is more than one place this atrocity hit.

I am not defending Trump but this is beyond anyone's ability to recover this quickly.
