    I already know roofers, painters, siders, and the guys re-modeling our kitchen. Our plumber guy died. We have saved thousands.

    Yes, a friend's son-in-law. He can do almost anything and his hourly rate is pretty low.

    I know how to do most every kind of home repair and redo.  I don't want to do it anymore though.  I don't enjoy it so much anymore.  I'm lucky to have good people to call on when I need them.

    I carry out most small tasks myself, including recently installing a new heated towel-rail and improving the plumbing to it,  but I've a friend in the plumbing trade and I've picked his brains a few times!
