Given what the sanitary conditions must be there at present I realize that toilet paper is needed but to make poor homeless people 'jump through hoops' to get it is unforgivable.

Thanks mom. He also told them they were creating havoc to the budget and that they should be proud that so few died in Puerto Rico and compared what they are suffering with what Katrina caused. So much heart is overwhelming. He is really a very caring person isn't he? So kind and accessible and compassionate. How did we DESERVE to have such a magnificent man agree to be our prez? That is a question that we may never answer satisfactorily. :(:(:(:(:(
