The argument is tiresomely circular. Nothing will change until the day life is valued more than guns. Never, right?

Gun control. There are more pro than con folks BUT nothing ever changes. Why? The NRA has Pols by their cajones and until that changes it is hopeless. Listening to the drone of mediocrity defending the indefensible is utterly boring and predictable. Stifle it everyone. Move on. Death will always be at the end of a gun barrel. Get over it!   :(

    The main reason it doesn't change is that many people realize that no law will prevent those who want guns from getting them. It's similar to the ineffectiveness of anti-drug laws.
