Why is it that television censors the word bast@rd but not the word b1tch?

  • They do? I've never come across that. I've noticed that if a show allows "*****", they allow "*******".

    It seems the only words not allowed is Cu** and Co** and F***. And bastard is used in a Seinfeld episode.

    I don't know what TV means.  I get a few channels.  I have heard every word imaginable over the waves but I get a few movies.  Nothing current.  A lot slips by and I hear the gamut  From FK to CNT to Prik etc etc

    That's not what I meant.   It went over your head, not mine.  I'm not sure you get sarcasm.   You take things as black or white.   When I say I don't even know what TV is, that implies that I get so little TV that I can hardly recognize TV anymore.
