Are you 100% authentic here? Is what you share here (which is all we will ever have of you) the real you, the true you?

Yes, I am.  I have no need to be anyone other than myself on line.

As you might have gathered Spunky I couldn't be any more real than I am here. To the consternation of a few folks I'm sure. Not my problem. Thank you for your reply! :)

I am 100% authentic by my definition, but not by yours. I believe that being considerate of others is an integral part of who I am and you, by your own admission, do not. I care about my effect on others and I believe that no man is an island. Whether it is answerMug, my family, my social group, my neighborhood or my country, I think of myself as part of the whole, not as the center of the universe. My actions matter.  As you are so fond of saying...'different strokes'. (The way you describe your authenticity is in this link).

I do not find that amusing. I don't do catfights.

    Well guess what?

You are in a foul mood today.  I can feel it a-brewin'.

So, I can only say this.  I understand.  It is in the air.  I meant no offense and it IS funny.

No, I am in a good mood. Nothing I said in my answer to Rosie was intended to be catty. I don't think you took the time to read what was in the link (since you posted 2 min after I did) and did not understand that I was pointing out that Rosie and I have different definitions of authenticity. I'm sure you didn't mean to offend, but I was offended nevertheless. Sometimes posting a funny gif in reference  to a serious answer has that effect, especially when it makes my response look like something that it is not.

I am  authentic/real when I answer questions. There are times when I read certain muggers questions and I am not sure if I should respond because, I am afraid of being attacked/of someone being mean to me- because  I am being honest and who I truly am when I answer questions.

  • I hear you Ally.
It's hard for me to be myself on Answermug too sometimes.
The haters gonna hate, hate, hate and we gotta shake em' off. LoL. : )
