Doesn't supporting someone mean you respect him/her and will abide by his/her wishes? Would you work hard for someone and then completely ignore what that someone asks you to do? Why?

    No. In supporting someone at no point does that mean they take ownership of you. I support my husband and his business choices and help him whem i can. Its still his, not mine. I have my own thing going on.

    Only to a point.  You support them so long as they do not abandon the principals that you were supporting.
