Halloween is a time to be creative, fun, let your inhibitions go- try something new/that you normally wouldn't do, so why not? There are a lot of different colored bags , you can order online, or at the store: white, orange, black. I included a couple of pictures to give you some ideas a witch and flapper dress. Have fun!!
