    The guy who started this brouhaha said the anthem was racist so he was protesting it.  What a fool!  He finally was convinced of his mistake and he changed it to, paraphrased:  I don't want to live in a country where it's OK to kill black men.  Again:  What a fool!!!  That goes for anyone who has followed the poor little black adoptee whose white parents gave him the world and who has made a fortune playing a game.  I mean, no wonder he is pissed off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Is he still unemployed?

    Francis Scott Key was a slave owner and opposed the abolition of slavery. And there IS a reference to slaves in the Star Spangled Banner. 

    The British honored their promise to those slaves who chose freedom over allegiance to a country who saw them as property.
