How many jacka**es are there out there like Jerry Jones who thinks he has the right to abrogate the RIGHTS of American citizens?

Football boss who says he will bench any player who kneels. Despot dictator who backs the despot-in-chief? What a couple they make. Dumb and dumber. :(

How man jacka**es are out there that think an employer does not have a right to establish and enforce a code of conduct for his employees.

Government employees have codes of ethics.  There are just somethings you are not allowed to do while in uniform, but which are quite acceptable when out of uniform.

I see. You think I'm a jacka** for talking about this? So be it. The football players "taking a knee" are protesting racial injustice. Can you remember all the names of the unarmed black young men that have been killed/murdered by cops who walked/were exonerated? The players chose that way to protest. They did not riot nor shoot people at the stadium nor loot nor set things on fire. They did not interrupt the game. If you felt very strongly about something what would you do? Suck it up? Remain silent. Pretend to go along to get along? I call that cowardly. You called me a jacka**. Are we even or would you like to continue our little spat?  Thank you for your reply tom. I don't know where you get your crazy ideas?

But no, he's not abrogating anyone's Rights by doing that. The First Amendment merely says that Congress shall pass no law . . . . It doesn't address what a private employer can do with employees while they're "on the clock" in regard to that "free speech" thing. In fact, if the employee is under the terms of a Personal Services contract the employer may have control over that aspect of their lives 24/7/365.

When I go do my job, there is a long list that I must follow. Well, there goes my freedom to take a nap, there goes my freedom to eat lunch when I want to, there goes my freedom to goof-off, ETC.
