    3 weeks- damage from landslides and floods

    Those who are affluent get instant attention ally. They don't ever have to  WAIT for anything. The city would immediately go into action and get things fixed ASAP. The wealthy you see are special. I think it sucks but that's the way it is. Thank you for your reply and Happy Wednesday! :)

    Touche. T'is true. HOWEVER you know dam* well the city would expedite IMMEDIATE repair because the wealthy are used to being treated differently. They're very special don'tcha know? Their needs are met instantly or sooner..their needs are anticipated so we never have to worry about them being without water or electricity or food. It is the way of the world. It sucks.
