Talk is cheap. Additional sanctions were placed on Russia due to sabotaging the American prez election. Why aren't they in effect yet?
The sanctions were SUPPOSED to take effect October 1. Why aren't they being implemented yet? More evidence that Trump will only kiss Putin's a**, not ream it?
