If you suffer a hurt why would you perpetrate it on others? How can you be a racist if you are their target ? Are you?

    Of course one can be a racist, even though they are victims of racism themselves.

    Just look at how many blacks are bigoted against each other, based on the "darkness" of their skin color.
    Or say that they should only be in relationships with other blacks.

    How is that possible and still be rational, logical and reasonable Walt? I'm very serious. I do realize that many pedophiles were sexually assaulted as children and it turned  them into monsters. I can't understand why someone would want to "get back at" innocent people who never harmed them at all. I understand why they would  want to get back at their tormenters. But they never do. How does "passing if forward" to others do that? Thank you for your reply. Can you explain the why?

    Who ever said humans were "rational, logical, and reasonable"?  LOL

    If we were ... religion would be the first thing to go, followed by war.

    I'm sure some psychiatrists could explain it.
    Just as they could explain why some children of wealthy parents went to Lebanon in the early 1980's, just to kill people.

    Education.
    I firmly believe lack of education is the reason for bigotry.

    Though I sometimes toy with the idea of Child Services being allowed to take children from bigoted parents, I think the current foster system is FAR WORSE than having parents who are bigots.
