Cowardice is is found in most areas of society, not just politics. I think that most people who have walked this earth has exhibited cowardice at one time or another.. What is the definition of hero?
What is the definition of courage? "Thequalityofmindorspiritthatenablesapersontofacedifficulty,danger,pain,etc.,withoutfear;bravery".
Unfortunately many of our honored heroes or even our non-honored heroes, that have integrity/honor/courage are attacked, vilified, and many time killed for it. Are there heroes in politics? Yes, there are a few but again, they are attacked for it. They get attacked for taking a stand for their country, Constitution, Amendments, Flag, National Anthem, the Military, Law Enforcement, and We the People in general. The individuals who attack the heroes. The individuals who call them cowards, are the ones that disagree with their, in this case, political stance.
There are many unsung heroes in the world. They face danger everyday for their families, friends, and total strangers. Yet they are seldom talked about or even acknowledged in any way. It seems that the mainstream media doesn't feel the need to acknowledge them. But mention religion or politics, you'll see them falling all over themselves, ready to pounce with their half-truths, attacks, and outright lies.
