This question is addressed to a wife: What do you after knowing that your husband whom you love most is having a secret meltdown (struggling with identity crisis)?
Obviously, it's not a secret if the wife knows about it. So, it's time to sit down and have a discussion about what exactly is going on with him. Don't be dismissive of, or annoyed with, him. Being supportive of your partner when he/she is in crisis is what a good marriage is all about.
He would know that I love him and am praying for him in his struggle. I would hug and kiss him a lot and hold his hand.
