    Did you really sprain your knee Veena?  I'm sorry.  I know how painful that is.   

    Since you have a sprained knee, you should go for a ride in a go-cart, or bumper cars. ;-)

    Yes dear, it is horrible...can't even go and sit on the toilet seat....it is excruciatingly painful...ha ha go-cart....bumper car....thanks for the smile Harry;))

    You poor thing.  I've sprained almost every muscle in my legs and feet and have dislocated my kneecap on several occasions.  The only thing I can suggest is to take a bath in epsom salts and warm water.   It can have a soothing effect on the muscles.

    I'll try it Harry! I tried cold pack, icy spray...nothing seems to work...wow dislocated knee cap....that must have been awful dear;((
