Is FAITH without conviction mere HOPE, a half a** expectation?

I have FAITH my God will see me through as opposed to I HOPE he will.

Only if you chose to think of it that way. What we know for sure? Our time here is limited, we will perish, we will rot. That's the only thing we know for sure. Whatever happens afterwards, if there is something else that happens afterwards, is not in our control. But what we "believe" will happen afterwards is in our control. Faith, or lack-off, is important to an individual while they are still alive. And that's it. #NUTSHELL

I think the former is more positive and sure. Seems for me, to work when one keeps positive and assured.

Faith and hope works only when you put in your whole effort...leaving it to God gets you nowhere,...God helps those who help themselves;))
