Have you ever thought of wearing an unused plastic garbage, trash, bin/bag liner as a dress, gown or outfit

When I rode my motorcycle from the ship to my apartment in Charleston that was my emergency raincoat. I did it may times.

Element99, that would be a pretty decent raincoat in a pinch, I'd say.  I never thought about that when I was riding but sometimes you need to improvise.  I never did like riding in the rain though.  The roads are way too slick, especially at stop lights and stop signs with painted roads.  I'm more of a fair weather rider.
