    See, the magic behind doing it correctly is very subtle.  You allow them to think it is their idea, not yours.  People really fear rejection and feeling alone.  If you pay no attention to them, they will think they thought it up themselves, to leave... that is.  We don't have to do a thing, literally.
    It's all in the approach... 
    Just a wizardly thought of magic.  They disappear on their own recognizance. They did think of it themselves ;)
