You look up in the sky over Okanogan County, Washington state and what do you see? A giant penis. Boys will be boys?

Apparently the presently unidentified crew of a Navy Growler Jet thought it would be funny as he** to do that. When did the Navy start accepting pimply faced sexually obsessed adolescents for service? I thought you had to be an adult to qualify. Apparently all you need is to have a pulse.

      Er, um, reality to Rosie, come in, please, an important statement follows: for about a century now, US Armed Forces policy has been that age 17 and 9 months is appropriate for volunteering for service, that's since when.  Seventy years on the planet doesn't teach one that practically every boy of that age is pimply-faced and sexually-obsessed, and many remain so well into their early 20s?
